Academy of Model Aeronautics is an associate member of the National Aeronautic Association (NAA). NAA is the official US representative of the Federation Aeronautique Internationale (FAI). FAI is the world governing body for sport aviation. AMA membership brings with it personal insurance, a monthly magazine, and fellow modelers working in the best interests of those pursuing personal experience in model aviation.
